I wear heels bigger than your..

I am in a beautifully happy mood! It's a friday night, my bestfriends are spending the day with me tomorrow, so probably no update tomorrow and it's my birthday on sunday. And, I am finally reading 'Looking for Alaska'. What more could you want from life, really? A quote?

"Have you ever watched kids go on a merry-go-round? Or listened to the rain slapping on the groud? Ever followed a butterfly's erratic flight? Or gazed at the sun into the fading night? You better slow down and not dance so fast. Time is short. The music won't last."

"We're not getting any younger so let's party hard and let the good times roll, so at least we'll have something to laugh about in the morning."

"Everyone has a certain part in their lives where they truely wish they could just freeze time. Whether it was three years ago, today, or still to come. Whether it was just a moment, a whole day, a whole summer. Everyone has a time in their life when they wish everything would just stop. The world would stop turning and people would stop changing because, to them, at that time, everything was perfect." How about now? Please?

"I need the smell of summer. To wake up to the sound of lawnmowers, and sleeping till noon. I need the smell of chlorine pool hair in my face and laughing non-stop with my bestfriends. I need drama free days of bonfires and camping. I need a break from caring."

"It's not those goodbyes that hurt, but the flashbacks that follow."

"The saddest people I've ever met in life are the ones who don't care deeply about anything at all. Passion and satisfaction go hand in hand and, without them, happiness is only temporart because there's nothing to make it last."

"Ironically, he'd yet to leave a good impression on her."

"Life is full of fake people. But, before you decide to judge them, make sure you're not one of them."

"I am perfectly happy being his friend. In fact, I love it. I just have this incredible urge to kiss him that doesn't go away and the feeling we'd be perfect for each other."

"There are some things that I'll never understand. I'll never understand the goosebumps I get when first stepping into hot water. I'll never understand the dreams I have with strangers in them, people I've never seen or met. I'll never understand how people can keep going back to the ones that hurt them. But what I do understand is that once we actually understand everything, the world loses its shine. Curiostity killed the cat, but the cat had nine lives."

"The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page."

Finis.
